1. Giveaway Description and How To Enter
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. ONE PRIZE AWARD LIMIT PER PERSON OR HOUSEHOLD. REGISTRANT MUST BE AN ADULT OF 18 YEARS OR OLDER. GIVEAWAY IS SUBJECT TO ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS AND SHALL BE GOVERNED BY VIRGINIA LAW. Prior registration is necessary. The giveaway runs through December 31, 2008 at 5:00pm EDT. One winners will be randomly drawn to win (1) $100 Gas Gift Card. The winner will be randomly selected by a Tune Up Plus representative on January 9, 2009. Once the winner have been selected, a Tune Up Plus representative will obtain the contact information, including their name, address, home telephone number, wireless telephone number, birth date (YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD TO REGISTER) and e-mail address, if available. The winners will be contacted by email and they will receive their prize by mail. In the event there are no entrants for the contest, the prize shall go unawarded. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or prematurely conclude the Giveaway should any malfunction or other cause beyond its control corrupt the administration, security or proper operation of the Giveaway. False or deceptive entries or acts will render an entrant ineligible and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway by tampering with any entry mechanism, acting in a disruptive manner or violating these Official Rules. Any attempt by an individual to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be in violation of criminal and civil laws.

2. Description of Prize $50 Gas Gift Cards, (5) to be given away, (1) per winner. No substitutions, partial acceptance, transfer of prizes or cash redemptions permitted by Winners. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event a described prize or any portion thereof, is unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Prize Winner is responsible for all expenses not expressly provided for above. Winners are responsible for the reporting and payment of all taxes related to the value of the prize.

3. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to all legal residents of the Hampton Roads Area of the state of Virginia who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Automotive Services of N.A., Inc., Tune Up Plus, their affiliates, subsidiaries, and successor companies, sweepstakes sponsors, prize suppliers, participating advertisers, and immediate family members of anyone so situated are prohibited from participating in the Giveaway. “Immediate family members” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents and grandchildren, whether “in-laws,” or by current or past marriage, remarriage, adoption, co-habitation or other familial extension, and any other persons residing at the same household location, whether or not related. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements.

5. General Conditions
By participating in this Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor in conducting the Giveaway. By winning the Giveaway, Winners grant to Sponsor, Automotive Services of N.A., Inc. dba Tune Up Plus, the right to publicize such winner’s name and/or likeness in any advertising or broadcasting material or any other media without additional compensation or consideration unless prohibited by law. Winners agree to waive any and all claims against the Sponsors, their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives for personal injury or loss that may occur in connection with their participation in this Giveaway (including publicity-related claims) or from the receipt, use or misuse of any prize(s). Sponsors, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, franchisees, advertising or promotion agencies and affiliated entities expressly disclaim any responsibility and entrants agree to release and hold Sponsors harmless from any and all liability and/or injury or loss (financial or otherwise) to any person or property (including death) relating to participation in this Giveaway, the acceptance and/or subsequent redemption, use or misuse of any of the prizes awarded and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. Sponsors their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, agents and representatives and telephone network providers are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Giveaway-related materials or for any stolen, late, lost, garbled, delayed, misdirected, damaged or incomplete, entries or for incorrect, inaccurate transcription or loss of entry information for any reason whatsoever. Sponsors further assume no liability either for the cancellation, modification or premature conclusion of the Giveaway for any reason or through the acts or defaults of any company or person providing any prize. All such losses or expenses must be borne by the affected participants and/or Winners.
