“Hello I must compliment the Mercury Blvd store.  They worked on our 1998 Lincoln Navigator and they were EXCELLENT! The manager was truthful and explained to us about our heat not working.  It feels so great to have a technician be honest since we have been lied to several times before. We live in VA Beach and drove through the HRBT to get to this store for we heard such good reports about the manager and the rest of the staff. “I had work done to my 2001 Grand AM yesterday at this company’s High Street Shop. I feel in my Spirit the need to tell everybody just how wonderful i was treated! I spent over a $1000 there and the young lady that operates that location walked me through every dime I spent. I was amazed at what this lady was telling me, because I had just been to Firestone the day before for my oil change. I wonder why Firestone didn’t tell me my tire could have fallen off. That lady in Portsmouth really knows how to treat people and she is so funny, made me not want to leave… I tell you if you’re not at Tune Up Plus on High Street, you making a mistake! Its hard to find good, honest, caring people. It took me 75 years to find it so I know. That shop is outstanding! And they’ve even got good Coffee. I wish my paperwork wasn’t in my car, so i could tell you that lady’s name! But go there, see her, and you will be pleased when you leave.. God Bless”

“I am now a proud customer of Tune Up Plus in Portsmouth. I am a military wife and a mom, and I want to tell everyone I know just what great service I received from the manager and her staff. I went in to get my timing belt replaced, having no clue other issues myself and my child were riding in….. Not only took me and showed me all my issues, he watched my child while her assistant allowed the gentleman working on my car explain everything he was replacing… My husband is fighting for our freedom and I had no clue where i would get money to make repairs, and the manager assured me she could help… And to my surprise she did! OMG, I go everything with my car fixed because someone took the time to help me… I’m from up north, and not use to good treatment like this, however after seeing what she was able to do for me there is no chance that I will ever take my car to anywhere else other that her shop.. Girl Power… I just want everyone to know what great people Tune Up Plus has, and how they really care.. FYI, I would have never known about my issues without her.. she could have just done what i asked her to do and got my money and been done with me… But not this chic, she made sure i knew what was up and what it could cause.. “I would just like to tell someone how wonderful my mother was treated by the two young ladies that work at the High Street location. My mother had her van fixed there yesterday, they let her know she needed other repairs she was so excited to get up this morning and return to complete the required repairs. She has worried me and my family to death about how great the service was at this location and requested that we all go there and have our cars looked over. If you know my mother, you would know just what a great job your employees did to please her. Thanks, Seniors matter, and your company showed my mother she was important too.”

“I was having problems with my truck and I’ve been everywhere to just get my air conditioning fixed. Everywhere else told me different things that was obviously the wrong answer. Just when I was going to give up I came into Tune Up Plus and received quality and outstanding service.  They did everything in their power to insure that I left as a satisfied customer. I now have air conditioning and I will come back here if i have any other problems.”

“I took my Mom to Tune Up Plus after being told by the Store Manager we could receive a free a/c check right away. Upon arriving we only had about a 20 minute wait before her car was pulled in and thoroughly gone over. The mechanics pinpointed the problem in a timely manner so as not to have to charge me for a diagnostics charge if the check would have went past a 2 hour time frame. The mechanics who figured out the problem were very polite and helpful and made us feel at ease. We were even offered other discounts off the price of the repair. I suggest this location for an estimate and repair on your vehicle.”

“I give my hat off to the staff. My granddaughter went up there to get her car tuned up where most places would have taken advantage of this I received a phone call from the manager because she didn’t understand what was going on and he encouraged me to come up there so he could show me what was wrong. When I got there instead of trying to make a mint off the job he laid out the most important stuff then went into what she should expect to do on the next oil change. The manager was on top of things one of the mechanics was horsing around and the manager quickly corrected the problem and got my granddaughter’s car out very quickly. If she had gone elsewhere the car would have sat for hours. Thank You Tune Up Plus for a job well done.”

“I was serviced at the Tune Up Plus. Everyone did a great job on my vehicle. They did a outstanding job with the brakes on my vehicle. One thing that I noticed was there was no signage telling customers that the Firestone card is accepted at that location. I intended to have my oil changed there, and have my brakes replaced around the corner at Firestone,until the mgr informed me that Firestone was accepted at that location. Great Job Guys!”
