Strong Fast and Friendly Service.
I came in on a Wednesday to get my VA vehicle inspection. I was immediately told I had a problem with exhaust pipe and my vehicle will not pass until I correct it. I was shown the problem and felt confident that I was in good hands. My experience at Tune up Plus was a wonderful one and I will be returning to this location. I am bad with names, the manager of this location was kind, polite, and respectful . Thank you!!
I can HONESTLY say the manger DAVID has GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ! He is friendly , nice , patient & HONEST !!! These negative comments must come from people that’s mad because things didn’t go the way they wanted or because it’s a fair price that they couldn’t afford. Even if you can’t afford the price that is given to you , David will try to work with you and help . He offer coupons etc to help . I went to this location for a state inspection and it was the best customer service that I have ever experienced when dealing with my vehicle! If anybody say anything less or the opposite , it’s a pure lie ! This man is awesome !!!! Thanks David for being so nice and helpful . You are greatly appreciated !!!!!!

OUTSTANDING!! First time trying this place? I brought my old Jeep (not daily driver) in for inspection and these professionals took great care of me. Honesty and great communication is why these guy's now have my buisness!
