Fantastic service. I went to many car shops and got screwed. This place fixed the problems they were supposed to. My car is not in great condition, but they have done an outstanding job keeping it running. I had work done to it in 2021 and those repairs have not needed to fixed again. They got my check engine light turned off. This is one of only two places I take my car. I highly recommend these people. You will not get screwed by them.
I took three of my vehicles to Tune Up Plus on Little Creek Rd in Norfolk for their annual state inspection. The cars were completed in a timely manner and returned to me on the same day I dropped them off. I returned the following week to drop off one of our vehicles that had the ABS and the traction control sensor light on. They were able to fix the problem and complete other work that I wanted done. All the staff and technicians are very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The General Manager, Hunter is a man of his word, knowledgeable concerning automotive issues, patient and courteous. I will be returning to this establishment for all of my automotive needs! Thank you for everything!
Tom @ your Hampton location is Phenomenal !! He answered all my questions about my car and got me in and out in a reasonable time. Their prices are very reasonable. Look forward to doing business with them in the future.
